The hotel offered spacious rooms and friendly staff. The location was key and very close to restaurants and ski lifts. The shuttle bus service was helpful whenever it was needed as well.
The friendliness of the staff was inconsistent. One particular staff member was unwelcoming and seemed annoyed by requests for a room upgrade and information on personal training services.

Our stay at this hotel was simply luxurious. The exclusive amenities fulfilled all of our needs for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff was always attentive and friendly, providing outstanding service throughout our stay. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were simply fantastic, while the indoor pool and sauna only added to the overall sense of indulgence. The location was convenient for easy access to all the nearby attractions, making for a truly memorable experience.
We had only one minor issue, but it should be mentioned. Our room was missing certain exclusive amenities that we had expected, which was slightly disappointing.

The hotel is in a convenient location close to ski lifts, restaurants, and cafes. Some guests were satisfied with the spacious rooms and the upgraded Honeymoon suites. The friendly shuttle bus crew and the super-friendly staff, particularly the front desk team, received several positive feedbacks.
